We often MC the conference, including evening activities, introducing speakers and facilitating exercises. This allows sales directors and other managers to relax and focus on their individual sessions, knowing the conference is in safe hands.
We have a huge range of inside and outside team building options, which we either deliver ourselves or via trusted specialist partners. We also create these form scratch in conjunction with clients. We have a wide range of in-house or external speakers who are skilled at linking the clients strategic messages to their material and actually building approaches to allow participants to motivate themselves after the conference.
Conferences provide the opportunity for cost-effective training if handled in the right way. As you might expect we have a number of interesting, innovative approaches to ‘macro-training’ that avoid the trap of resorting to one-way presentations. We involve the audience every step of the way through exercises, team presentations, role plays etc, so that individuals are involved and learn despite the large numbers.
Summary:
This is just a small snapshot of the scope of what we achieve.
