Before every assignment we will work with you to agree the business goals you are targeting – we are experts at asking the right questions to pin these down!
We then combine this with our own experience in learning design and psychology to maximise the effectiveness of training. We are not wedded to any one theory or approach but have a series of building blocks that we can combine to produce a unique training design that will work for you.

The Greenbank team combine a track record of success in operational roles with a passion for transferring those skills to others. This makes our training very real – yes we draw on relevant research and current theory but then it is totally grounded in the real world of work.
For instance, we take the time to make sure our role plays and exercises use your language and target the current challenges your people are facing. People often say that our training is exceptional because they go away with immediate actions and solutions to their most pressing issues.
People work hard on our training programmes – they find them challenging and demanding, just like their everyday work. But they are also supported – we always provide a safe place to try new things, so that everyone leaves the workshop feeling more confident and are committed to doing things even better.
Our training is probably the most active you can find – there are always plenty of opportunities to test out new skills and techniques, get feedback and coaching – and then try them out again. We really do believe that practice makes perfect!
We know that it is difficult to change – however good the training, however committed the individual, the demands of the real world can get in the way. Action plans can slowly fade and die – without delivering results.
So we have developed a web based goal planning and tracking tool, PROMPT! to help people remain focussed on their actions, track progress and measure impact. It lets individuals seek feedback and e-coaching when they need it most and it allows the business to measure ROI.
